Private yoga instruction with Carrie can bring greater insight into your unique body while deepening your practice. Privates are a powerful way to dig deeper into your personal yoga practice. Everybody is so different, it’s important to know that and to honor where you are presently. A healthy yoga practice does not demand, push or harm the body. Yoga is a healing practice on a physical, mental and emotional level. It guides us towards greater balance acceptance and helps us pause and listen. Learning to adapt and modify your practice to your needs is a great way to refine your relationship with yourself and befriend your practice while improving your practice on and off the mat.
